Many have wondered why coffee? Why Foxtail?

Rustic Journeys is all about community, kindness, creativity, and most importantly a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. Deciding to serve coffee was an easy decision because coffee is so much more than just a hot or warm drink. Coffee is a craft beverage that brings people together; to sit and visit, to share and celebrate. So it was imperative that we find a roaster who believes the same; and we did!
Foxtail Coffee Co. is that small family business that started out very similar to our family business- from small venues and farmers markets to brick & mortar shops. Foxtail held the same simple and basic principles - to roast great coffee that guests can enjoy in an inviting and comfortable environment. Believing coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed, they built a company that approaches producing coffee as a craft and serving coffee as a celebration.
