About the event
Add some character to your wall gallery with a fantastic wood sign created by YOU.
Choose one 12"x 12" or 11”x 20” stencil and matching sized wood board provided by Rustic Journeys and you will learn how to not only stencil but how to stain your very own wood sign. Every participant does not use the same stencil style - we love diversity!
We use Dixie Belle gel-stains (your choice of colors: Espresso, Walnut, Cherry, Tobacco Road, Up In Smoke Grey, or Bayou Moss Green for your background) and chalk mineral paints for your stenciling color(s). If you want to paint your background white or another color, we can accommodate that request – no problem!
Cost: $45 - Register and pay in advance to secure your spot. You may register here online, over the phone, or in person at least 3 days before the class. Space is Limited - Reserve your seat today!
We provide all materials - all you do is show up and create!
Please wear clothing you are comfortable working in considering we are using paints and stains. We will provide gloves and aprons!
Does the stain have an odor?
We have two kinds of stains available for use. One is a low VOC oil-based gel stain called No Pain Gel Stain and does have a slight odor. The other is called Voo-Doo Gel Stain and is a water-based gel stain which is eco-friendly and has no VOC's or odors.

COST: $45 - Includes all of your materials. Bringing your own snacks/beverages is totally okay with us! Your reservation may be made here online, over the phone, or in person at Rustic Journeys. All registrations must be paid in advance to ensure materials and set up is ready for you.
